Friends, Today I am going to discuss about 3 easy rules of newspaper report Writings Format which will help you in your upcoming competitive exam like wbpsc, wbp, rrb , state psc etc.

Newspaper Report Writing :

বন্ধুরা , আজ আমি তোমাদের সঙ্গে শেয়ার করলাম খুব ইম্পরট্যান্ট একটি টপিক (Newspaper Report Writing ) , যেটা যেকোনো কম্পিটিটিভ Job এর Descriptive Part  এর জন্য তোমাদের  খুবই  হেল্প করবে।

 

Newspaper Report Writing Format :

• Newspaper Report বা সংবাদপত্রের জন্য কোনো ঘটনা ,দুর্ঘটনা ,সভা ,উৎসব ,খেলাধুলা ইত্যাদি বিষয়ে report সবই প্রায়ই একই নিয়মে লিখতে হয়।

• সূত্র অনুযায়ী ঘটনাগুলির পারস্পরিক ধারাবাহিকতা বজায় রেখে sentence গুলিকে সুসঙ্গবদ্ধভাবে সাজিয়ে লিখতে হয়। Report টি অতি সহজ এবং অর্থবহ হওয়া উচিত।

Basic Rule :

The basic rule of writing a report is that the sentences should be written in passive voice as far as possible (Report লেখার সময় verb গুলি অধিকাংশ সময়ে Passive Voice-এ করা উচিত। 

Important Points Should be Followed :

1. The Report must have a heading (Report -এ অবশ্যই একটি Heading দিতে হবে ).

2. Articles in the heading should be avoided (Heading -এ আর্টিকেল দেওয়া উচিত নয় ) .

3. Place and time of reporting must be mentioned (স্থান এবং সময় report এর heading এর পর অবশ্যই উল্লেখ  করতে হবে ) .

4. Use Indirect Speech ( কিছু সময় direct speech  ও use করা যায় ) .

5. খবরের কাগজের প্রকাশের দিনে পূর্ব দিনের খবর পরিবেশিত হয়। অর্থাৎ , Kolkata , August 13, মানে পূর্বদিন  12 তারিখের ঘটনার বিবরণ থাকবে। 

নিচে একটি উদাহরণ দেওয়া হলো।  আরো কিছু নিউসপেপার রিপোর্ট রাইটিং  এর sample  নিচে দেওয়া পিডিএফ এর মাধ্যমে ডাউনলোড করে নিবেন। আর বন্ধুরা তোমাদের মাথায় যদি আরো কিছু স্যাম্পল থাকে তাহলে নিচে কমেন্ট সেকশন এ পোস্ট করবে, আর যদি কোনো বিষয়ে রিপোর্ট রাইটিং লাগে তাহলে কমেন্ট বক্স এ কমেন্ট করতে ভুলো না যেন।  

Write a Report for a newspaper using following points :

Date-26.06.2004-event:accident time -4p.m.-Place-Sujapur(Danga) of Malda- Vehicles: An express bus from Behrampur–Cause-high speed & drizzle(dashes with a large tree) Casuality–3(two women and a man) killed on spot , 30 injured (5seriously)-steps taken-removed to hospital,two left off after first aid , vehicle seized and driver hospitalized in serious condition.

Three Died In A Bus Accident

Sujapur,Malda,27th June, 2004: At least 3 persons died and other thirty persons were injured in a bus accident at Sujapur (Danga) in Malda yesterday at 4 p.m. reports PTI.

       It is reported that an express bus from Behrampur was running at a high speed when it was drizzling The bus driver failed to control the steering of the bus and as a result it dashed with a large tree.

Two women and one man died on the spot . Another thirty passengers were injured among whom five were serious. The wounded were taken to hospital . two person were let off after the first aid and the rest were admitted . The vehicle was seized and the driver was hospitalized in serious condition.

Dengue Grips Kolkata

Kolkata, 13 August : Dengue has broken out in Kolkata and about 70 percent of Kolkata Municipal Corporation’s area has been affected by dengue virus . With fresh dengue cases reported everyday, the situation is still grim across the city and it has almost reached an epidemic’ status . 

As many as 979 people have been hospitalized while 120 people have been infected by dengue virus in the past one day . Ward Nos. 33,34,57,92,93 and 94 are the worst affected areas. KMC authorities have mobilised their efforts to combat the mosquito borne disease. Health workers have been engaged in destroying the mosquito larva and preventing their proliferation with application of D.D.T and fumigation . Clearing of the stagnant drains and garbages , which are the breeding grounds of mosquitoes, has been taken up on war footing . Arrangements for blood test and conscious campaign are being organised by government and KMC.
